The MitchellMoves Mentorship Program adopts a hands-on and individualized approach to mentorship. Through one-on-one sessions, workshops, and collaborative projects, mentors and mentees work closely to identify and address specific goals and challenges. Emphasis is placed on fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere, where learning and growth are celebrated.
